With Andrew Safer, mindfulness teacher & author
Your attention is the most contested resource in the modern workplace. The pings never stop. Priorities compete. Uncertainty sits underneath every decision. Conversations get harder, not easier, the faster things move — and somewhere in the middle of it, you're still expected to think clearly and choose well.
Workplace Mindfulness doesn't ask you to step away from any of this. It teaches you how to be in it differently. Through practical teaching and authentic mindfulness practice, you'll learn to steady your attention, meet stress and uncertainty without being run by them, and create a pause before you react.
This isn't mindfulness as an escape hatch from work. It's mindfulness as a way of meeting work — awake, resourced, and whole.
Through the programme, participants explore how mindfulness can help them meet the everyday realities of working life.
