Dorji Dhradhul Founder, Executive Director & Creativity Catalyst

Dorji Dhradhul is a Bhutanese public leader, author, and advocate for mindful and regenerative development. His distinguished career spans agriculture, public policy, regional governance, cooperative development, and tourism, including service as Governor of Gasa and Director General of Bhutan's national tourism authority. He also served as the founding Director of the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives and Bhutan's first Registrar of Cooperatives.

He is the author of Travelogue: Bhutan – Kingdom of Mindfulness, a reflection of Bhutan's unique development philosophy and the values that inspire the Institute's educational vision.

As Founder & Executive Director, Dorji provides strategic leadership and stewardship, guiding the Institute's vision, cultivating global partnerships, and advancing Bhutan's role as a global centre for mindful living, regenerative leadership, and human development.
