A live, embodied journey through mindfulness and compassion.
7 days · 60 minutes daily · Live online · Private Integration Session included
RegisterWe spend years learning how to build relationships with other people. Yet the most important one we’ll ever have is the one with ourselves.
How do you speak to yourself when things go wrong?
How do you meet yourself when you feel hurt, afraid, disappointed or unsure?
Can you stay with a difficult emotion without judging it, pushing it away or rushing to fix it?
And how much of the way you see yourself was shaped by experiences, expectations and beliefs you picked up along the way?
A Loving Relationship with Yourself is a seven-day embodied journey grounded in mindfulness and compassion. Through gentle practices, guided reflection and honest inquiry, you’ll slow down and notice how you relate to yourself: your body, your thoughts, your emotions, your habits and the stories you’ve come to believe.
You’ve already begun your journey of self-discovery and want to deepen it through embodied practice.
No prior meditation or mindfulness experience is needed.
Mindfulness and compassion sit at the heart of all seven days.
Mindfulness helps us see clearly.
Compassion helps us meet what we see.
Awareness without compassion can quietly turn into another way of judging or fixing ourselves. So we practise holding space for what arises, without forcing ourselves to be okay, pushing anything away or needing everything to change.
Over time, we begin to cultivate equanimity: the capacity to remain present and open, even when life is difficult or uncertain.
Seven days. Three stages. Each one builds on the last.
Understanding the relationship I have with myself.
Before changing anything, can I simply notice how I am with myself?
We begin by noticing how we speak to ourselves and meet our own experience. Not to improve it, just to see it.
Can I listen to what my body is already telling me?
The body is always here, even when the mind is somewhere else. We slow down and listen to the breath, the tension, the softness and the quiet ways the body speaks. Simply noticing.
Can I let an experience be here without reacting to it straight away?
Thoughts arise. Emotions move through. The body responds. Instead of fixing it, avoiding it or getting swept up in it, we practise staying present, with awareness and compassion.
Remembering who I am beyond my thoughts, emotions and old beliefs.
What have I learned to believe about myself?
Somewhere along the way, experiences turn into stories.
We notice these beliefs, not to judge them or get rid of them, but to see them more clearly.
Can I stay with myself when something difficult comes up?
It’s often when we struggle that we turn against ourselves the most. Today, we deepen our practice of mindfulness and compassion through the HEART Framework™, learning to hold space for ourselves rather than turning away from what we feel.
Who am I beyond my thoughts, emotions, roles, wounds and stories?
Thoughts change. Emotions change. Circumstances change. Through mindfulness and gentle inquiry, we explore what happens when we no longer define ourselves solely by our thoughts, emotions and the stories we carry.
Perhaps there is simply something to remember.
Living in a loving relationship with myself.
What does it mean to live in a loving relationship with myself?
The question slowly shifts, from "How do I fix myself?" to "How do I meet myself in this moment?" and eventually "How do I live from this place?"
The practice doesn’t end when the meditation does. It lives in how you speak to yourself, the choices you make, the boundaries you honour and the way you love. On our final day, we bring it all home, from awareness and compassion into the way you live.
After the seven days, you’ll have a complimentary 45-minute private session with Ainee—a personal space to reflect on what has emerged, explore any questions, and consider how you would like to carry the practice into everyday life.

Ainee Cha is a certified mindfulness teacher, leadership and transformational mentor, and creator of The HEART Framework™. She guides people through mindfulness, inner child healing and integration, helping them build a more compassionate relationship with themselves and bring greater awareness into everyday life.
Her teaching is rooted in her own journey. After more than two decades in corporate leadership, mindfulness became her pathway to meet her own wounds, question long-held beliefs and discover that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves. It’s about learning to be with ourselves, with awareness and compassion.
She trained through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), associated with UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, under the guidance of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
Her work rests on a simple belief: each of us already carries an innate wisdom. Sometimes we just need a compassionate space to pause, reconnect and remember who we truly are.

One where you don’t always have to change what you feel.
One where you don’t need everything figured out.
One where you learn to stay.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to become. Just a relationship to begin.
